  “Akimoto!” Akimoto looked up from her lap at the faint sound of her name. She had been sitting down on a wooden bench, exsausted from the running and the crying, even though she was still crying.    “So Hamono, don’t you need to show us something?” Akimoto glanced over at Yumi and Michiyo.     Hamono tensed as she heard the reminder, but quickly relaxed.    “Why yes, I do. You see, after that battle last night, I acquired these,” Hamono’s hair turned red and black as vines shot out of her wrists, curving around her body and finally digging into her back. Hamono was pushed forward a little. Her friends all stepped forward hesitantly. Hamono’s eyes clouded up as more vines continued to go into her back. Then they were cut off, and the remainder of vine in her wrist went back inside her wrists.
